Diet Plan Calc
Calculator
explanation
Click Add Food.
Choose the type of food according to its classification.
Enter the desired weight (you can edit it after entering it).
Click the green check mark to add this type of food to the meal.
You can add more than one type of food to a single meal, and you'll find the
corresponding calculations at the end of each meal.
There are six meals available in the calculator, and you can fill in any or all of
them.
Finally, you will find a blue box at the bottom containing calories, protein,
carbohydrates, fat, and fiber percentages in grams.
The calculator is divided into 20 categories in this order: Eggs, Cheese, Dairy,
Breakfast Cereals, Fruits, Vegetables, Rice, Grains & Pasta, Legumes, Baked Goods,
Poultry, Seafood, Meat, Processed Meats, Fats & Oils, Nuts, Seeds, Spices & Herbs,
Beverages, Supplements, Other Products.
The calculator is designed in the form of categories for a
specific purpose - to give you more ideas when creating a diet when you see all the
types of foods within their respective category. If you suffer from stopping ideas when
designing a diet, as your mind revolves around the same foods in every diet you create,
the way this calculator is designed will give you more ideas.
Prepare your diet in advance and keep it in a note on your
computer or personal phone, or write it down manually on a piece of paper and keep it.
Every evening, open the calculator and design your new diet for the next day. 15 minutes
at the end of your day is enough to design a diet for the next day. As you get used to
the calculator, preparing diets will be faster.
All nutritional values are based on data from the United States
Department of Agriculture (USDA). The calculations are in grams because this is the most
accurate and correct method of measurement. Therefore, you will need a kitchen scale to
implement the diet plan.
When using the calculator on your phone, you can swipe it right
and left with your finger to show the calculator in full, or you can activate Desktop
mode so you can take a screenshot of the entire diet after you finish it.
